Working in Partnership with Clients

Once appointed, we will strive to build a close and effective working partnership with each client, based upon mutual respect and trust.  When working with clients we arrange to:

• Meet and discuss the precise objectives of the project, the resources available and how we might help.
• Propose and agree the activities to be undertaken on this assignment.
• Outline the responsibilities and deadlines of our team and the client, at the outset of the project.
• Provide monthly progress reports of work undertaken and the proposed activities for the following month.
• Consult with the client, on a regular basis, to discuss any changing situations or to agree the next steps.
• Select an experienced team of consultants, usually made up of a Strategic Adviser, Managing Consultant and Project Manager, to carry out this assignment. 

Our Terms

Fee levels, which are competitive, depend on the team involved in the assignment, their individual fee scale and the number of days involved.  Naturally, we are happy to provide a specific quotation after we have discussed the exact nature of the work required.  There is no charge for an initial consultation.
